Accessibility and accommodation
Effective October 1, 2026
RAYET aims to provide usable technology and lawful, respectful service. Accessibility arrangements must be operationally verified before rides open.
Digital access
The workspace includes labelled forms, keyboard controls, visible focus indicators and responsive layouts. If a barrier prevents you from using it, contact info@getrayet.com and describe the task and preferred contact method. We do not claim a completed accessibility certification or guarantee compatibility with every assistive device.
Service animals and accommodation
Drivers must respect applicable service-animal and disability-accommodation obligations. Do not apply an ordinary-pet surcharge or deny a ride unlawfully. Riders may contact support about mobility aids, assistance needs or discriminatory conduct without being required to disclose unrelated medical details.
Vehicle availability and limitations
The current workspace does not provide a verified wheelchair-accessible vehicle category or guarantee accessible vehicle availability. If you need a vehicle with specific accessibility equipment, contact support before relying on the service. RAYET must establish an appropriate accessible-service plan and accommodations before transportation opens.
