Respect, safe behaviour and equal treatment are required for riders, drivers and support staff.
Respect and non-discrimination
No harassment, threats, sexual misconduct, violence, discriminatory refusals or abusive communication. Treat people fairly regardless of protected characteristics. Service animals and disability-related accommodation are addressed according to applicable law; ordinary pet preferences do not override those duties.
Road and vehicle safety
Wear seatbelts, follow traffic law and vehicle capacity, maintain safe vehicles and avoid distracted or impaired driving. Drivers must not work when fatigue makes driving unsafe. Do not transport prohibited dangerous goods. Use safe legal pickup/dropoff points and appropriate child restraints.
Honest platform use
Do not falsify eligibility documents, manipulate location or ratings, share accounts, submit fraudulent offers or evade platform protections. Do not retain or publish another participant’s private information. Communicate through trip messaging for service-related purposes only.
Reporting and review
Use Support to report a trip, block a trip partner or request a review of an account restriction. RAYET may limit access while investigating an immediate safety risk. Reporting does not guarantee emergency response or a particular outcome. Call 911 for immediate danger.
